PHOTOGRAPHIC HOURLY FEES:
HOURLY RATE: $135 per hour.
DAY RATE BOOKINGS: Are eight consecutive hours between 9AM and 5PM.
(A day rate must be specified in advance and is computed by eight consecutive hours, including lunch. It cannot be converted to an
hourly rate during the booking. A day rate must be paid as specified, even if the model is not used for the entire eight hour period.
Hours 9-11 are calculated at 1.5x hourly rate. Hours 12+ are calculated at 2x hourly rate.)
Two hour minimum. Santa may be booked by the hour or by the day. Additional time is billed in half hour increments. twelve minutes
past the hour is considered an additional half hour. Time and one half is charged before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM and on Saturdays
& Sundays.
FILMING - TV COMMERCIALS AND INDUSTRIAL FILMS:
SAG/AFTRA Union Actors: Standard union fees apply. Signatory required.
If combined with a photo shoot a waiver may be available.
Non-Union Actors: $70 per hour, minimum three hours.
TRAVEL FEES: Apply to models working outside of their Home Base (HB) booking area.
PREPARATION TIME: Make-up, hairdressers, rehearsals, etc. - full fee.
WEATHER PERMIT BOOKINGS: There will be no charge if the model is notified before leaving for the booking and rebooked within
30 days. Weather permits must be specified at the time of the booking.
TENTATIVE BOOKINGS: 48 hours (2 working days) prior to booking: One-half fee. 24 hours (1 working day) prior to booking: Full
fee.
TEST SHOOTING: No usage except for self promotion for the photographer and model. All usage to be negotiated with agent.
CANCELLATIONS: Confirmed bookings are subject to a full assignment cancellation fee, if cancelled less than 48 hours.
USAGE: The above quoted rates are for time booked only. The standard models release permits a twelve month use of the
photography. No photographs or images can be used for any purpose until invoice is paid in full. Bonuses must be negotiated prior
to booking for use on television, in national consumer ads, on product packages, point of purchase displays, billboards, light boxes,
hang tags, posters or websites.
